Abstract: 

Purpose: Food security is a critical global challenge that is influenced by research and innovation in the field. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the scientific output of developing countries in food security and examine its relationship with patents and Gross Domestic Product (GDP).Methodology: This applied research utilized the Scientometric approach. A total of 8,416 papers published between 1992-2023 in the field of food security by developing countries were included in the study using citation databases from Clarivate Analytics. Additionally, patent registrations from the WIPO database and GDP data from the World Bank were analyzed. Information was collected through note-taking, and the data was analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient.Findings: The findings reveal an upward trend in the publication and citation of scientific outputs related to food security in developing countries. China has higher numbers of papers, patents, GDP, and food production index compared to Iran, Japan, and South Korea. There is also a positive correlation observed between population and the number of papers, gross production and the number of papers, food production and the number of published papers, as well as the number of patents and papers citing scientific outputs of countries.Conclusion: These results highlight the significant relationship between increasing scientific output, GDP, the number of patents, and food security. Greater emphasis on food security contributes to enhanced scientific output, GDP, and innovation. Similarly, increasing scientific output, GDP, and innovation positively impact food security in countries.Value: This study emphasizes the importance of scientific outputs in driving technological advancements, innovations, and ultimately, ensuring food security in developing countries.

Abstract: 

This research is based on the investigation of the relations between corporate identity, security leadership, and work ethics among the Shiraz University’ s staffs. This research is practical and the data collection was done with descriptive correlative method. The statistical populations are the Shiraz University’ s staffs and their numbers are 982. The sample size is 288 and they are chosen randomly according to the Morgan table. Three questionnaires are used in this research while their justifiability and reliability are confirmed: Aniti (corporate identity), Kumb (security leadership) and Gregory C Petty (work ethics). The descriptive and inference statistical variable are used in data analysis: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation in descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient in statistical inference. The results show the significant effect of corporate identity and security leadership on the work ethics. The corporate identity, security leadership and works ethics have the significant effect on their own components, as well. The overall results indicate that the corporate identity and security leadership affect the works ethics.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Ethical leadership is leadership focused on appropriate behavior through respect for ethics and values, as well as the rights and dignity of others. Ethical leadership can add value to businesses by motivating employees and fulfilling company values. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between ethical leadership and cooperative social responsibility and the moral climate of the organization. Material & Methods: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research included all employees of Management and Science University (MSU) in Malaysia. Among them, 200 people were selected as the research sample using a simple random sampling method. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling method. Results: The results of statistical analysis showed that ethical leadership has a direct and positive effect on cooperative social responsibility and ethical climate. Also, moral climate has a direct and positive effect on cooperative social responsibility. At the same time, ethical leadership has an indirect and positive effect on cooperative social responsibility through the mediation of ethical climate. Conclusion: Ethical leadership can affect their social responsibility by inspiring employees to motivate and align with the company's values. The results of this research showed that ethical leadership leads to greater employee satisfaction and collaborative responsibility and leads to the formation of an ethical atmosphere in the organization

Abstract: 

The goal is designing a security-oriented leadership model of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, which is a fundamental study in terms of research orientation, and a mixed exploratory one in terms of data analysis method. The statistical population of the research includes professors and knowledgeable experts in the field of human resources management and members of the faculty of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. Sampling in this study was available. Based on the topic of data and information through preliminary studies, the semi-structured interviews of collection and sampling continued until reaching the theoretical saturation level, and after conducting 8 interviews and reaching the theoretical saturation level, the interviews were ended. The acquired information was analyzed by MAXQDA2020 software. The results have shown that in the model presented regarding the safety-oriented leadership model of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, among the causal factors (components of acceptability and respect for values), the core categories (providing exploration through emphasizing on growth and handling tasks and situations through a positive method), background conditions (employee support), intervention (attention to the organization's policies), strategic factors (influencing subordinates' thoughts) and consequences (creating morale and motivation in employees) has received more attention.

Abstract: 

Background: The success of today's organizations need to having employees that move beyond from routine tasks and being displayed organizational citizenship behaviors. This cannot be achieved unless organizational leaders provide a safety climate and full of confidence in the organization.Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Authentic Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with emphasis on the role of mediator Psychological Security staff.Methodology: Statistical population was the staff of Hamadan Province Sport and Adolescent organization comprised of 150 people that 103 of them were selected by simple random sampling method. The data gathering tool, were Authentic Leadership Questionnaire, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire and Psychological Security Questionnaire. Validity of questionnaires was authenticated by specialist's approval. Its reliability of was calculated and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient through their implementation on the early examples consists of 25 people. Data analyzed by using Pearson correlation, Structural Equation Modeling and Partial correlation test.Findings: Findings showed that there were significant positive relationships between Authentic Leadership, Psychological Security and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (p <. 01). Nevertheless, Psychological Security hadn't role of mediator in explaining the link between Authentic Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Conclusion: According to the findings, administrators can increase employee extra role behaviors, by showing authentic leadership behaviors.

Abstract: 

Background: Managers of organizations to comply with ethical standards and commitment to Psychological contracts in organizations can have significant impact on perceived job security, and have organizational trust. Therefore, this study aims to predict perceptions of job security and organizational trust through ethical leadership and adherence to psychological contract is carried out.Method: Currents study is a correlation research. Population of study includes all of staffs in Isfahan Company. Sample includes 210 participants that they were selected as in access group. Data accumulated by questionnaires. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and step by step regression.Results: Results showed that there are significant relationship between ethical leadership and perceived job security and Also between adherence to psychological contract and organizational trust, (p<0.01). In addition, the findings of the stepwise regression analysis showed that ethical leadership predict 24 percent of the variance in perceived job security and adherence to the psychological contract. It also predicts 4.9% of the variance organizational trust.Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that organizational trust increase through ethical leadership, perceived job security, and through adherence to psychological contract. The predictive power of ethical leadership is more powerful than adherence to psychological contract.

The sense of social security in the society provides the context for the adjustment between different ethnic, religious, and racial social groups (due to the diversity of these indicators in our country) and creates a safer social environment for social interactions between groups. In other words, in the event of a feeling of Social security in society, the security of different groups that are attributed to various identities. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of public opinion management on the sense of social security of Ahwaz citizenship and to answer the question as to how public administration is infl uenced by social security among Ahwaz citizenship. The statistical population of this research consisted of all individuals aged 15 years and older in Ahvaz city in 2014-2015. The research method in this research has been two methods of documentary and survey. The sample size is estimated at 475 people using the Sample Power. software. The quota sampling method is proportional to the size based on age, gender and location variables. The results indicate that the use of internal media, intellectual leaders, propaganda, proft-seeking and ideational pressure groups has a direct and signifcant effect on the social security of the individuals under study, and the rumors, the rate of use, social networks and foreign media have a reverse effect And has a signifcant impact on the social safety of the subjects studied

Abstract: 

Given the complex and multifaceted nature of the concept of national security, the question of the present study is what role does the leadership play in governing the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran? In order to examine the role of leadership in governing national security, four hypotheses of "guide", "observer", "supporter" and "executor" are examined and it is stated that the main role of leadership is guidance which is manifested in the form of "general policy making of the system". The weakness of the "guarantee of implementation" in "monitoring the proper implementation of the general policies of the system" has caused a fundamental disruption in the governance of the leadership in this area. The main proposal of the present study is to form a faction in the parliament in order to "monitor the proper implementation of the general policies of the system" which will act as the executive guarantee arm of the "High Board for Supervising the proper implementation of the general policies of the system".
